Isaiah 55:6 – Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near
Sooner or later the time for seeking will be over. Probation will pass and it will be too late to choose the Lord. All spiritual decisions will be final; our rewards will be set.
We cannot continue to act without urgency, as if we will have forever to decide to seek the Lord and choose to follow Him. We must seek the Lord while we can. We don’t know when our souls will be required of us or when probation will close. It is unwise to take such a chance. Choose Him now. Search for Him and call on Him while He is near. Do not wait for a more convenient time or place. The next breath is promised to no one. Seek Him now.

Acts 16:31 – And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
God has made salvation accessible to everyone and easy to obtain. In fact, it is rather simple. We are not responsible for fulfilling a list of requirements or righteous acts. We do not have to earn salvation ourselves or somehow become worthy. All we have to do is believe.
Our Heavenly Father longs for all His children to be saved. He freely offers salvation to every willing soul. Regardless of your status or situation, the offer remains the same. Do not refuse such a wonderful gift. Take God at His word; believe and be saved.

2 Corinthians 6:2 – …behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
Do not put off your salvation for a more convenient or accepted time. A better time for you to be saved will never come along; the best time is right now. Right now Jesus calls you to Him. This very moment He pleads with you to be saved. He longs to make you one of His own and to count you among His number. He died for your salvation and He would not see you lost. Do not put it off any longer. Accept His free gift of salvation. Now is the best time. Now is the day of salvation.

2 Corinthians 3:5 – Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God.
Sometimes our focus shifts from Christ so severely, we forget how much we need Him. We become caught up in an ideal of self-sufficiency, the idea that we do not need anyone or anything. We go through our lives determined to only need ourselves and to make it on our own. Such a mindset is not only dangerous, it is simply untrue.
We are not self-sufficient creatures. God is our sufficiency, without Him, we would never be enough. In fact, it is His sacrifice on Calvary and His blood atonement that completes us; nothing we have done or could ever do can compare. Our very salvation depends on our reliance on Him.
Do not fall into the self-sufficiency trap. In our own strength, we are not worthy to stand before the King of Kings. Instead, rely on God. Let Him be your righteousness, your salvation, and your sufficiency.
